Tradisyon was among the ten finalists in the 1995 Philippine Film Development Foundation Screenplay Contest. It was later published by the author herself for the National Commission for Culture and the Arts.

The play follows the life of Ramon Co, patriarch of a Filipino-Chinese family, first as a young immigrant and later as a businessman, husband, father, and grandfather. Reminiscent of "The Joy Luck Club", Tradisyon holds stories of culture, friendship, love, steadfastness, and forgiveness.

Laloma, set in the eponymous cemetery, paints a picture of the lives of the many denizens of the thriving community as seen through the eyes of Pilar, a sassy mausoleum caretaker. Though living in poverty, Pilar and her friends do not descend into bitterness but use adverse occasions to display caring, generosity, and aplomb.
