About the Prof. Dr. Florentino Hornedo is professional lecturer in Philosophy of the Human Person, Contemporary Philosophers, Philosophy of History, and Philippine History at the UST Graduate School; Professor of Philippine Literature, School of Humanities, Ateneo de Manila University; Commissioner, UNESCO National Commission of the Philippines; Commissioner, Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino; and President of Batanes Development Foundation, Inc. He is a former Dean of the College of Human Sciences, Saint Louis University, Baguio City. He is a national Catholic Authors awardee, and has won top prizes in the Don Carlos Palanca memorial awards for Literature.
