In 1997, it introduced three more: Ilocano, Cebuano and Hiligaynon Short Story.

In 1996, the Foundation, in its continuing efforts to help enrich the country's cultural heritage, started to conduct Creative Writing Workshops in Manila and the provinces. Dramatic readings of award-winning works have also been conducted in colleges and universities.
