The editorial board decided to include the articles on Tagaytay and General Mariano Alvarez written by Mr. Michael Francisco and Dr. Emmanuel Calairo/Mr. Gilbert Macarandang respectively since it is believed both articles, though not read in the seminar proper, would give broader information to readers and researchers who would want to know more on these municipalities. Michael Francisco presented the historical development and progress of Tagaytay City, a place that is truly blesses by nature with beautiful surroundings and refreshing atmosphere. On the other hand, Calairo and Macarandang expounded on the urbanization of GMAs as a former relocation area to a progressing town of Cavite. The paper also showed how migration created an impact to GMA's development.
